About Emily…
If you are feeling exhausted, worn down by life or just tired of getting stuck in your head instead of the present moment you aren’t alone. Cycles of self-criticism, shame, fear and doubt can keep us stuck or in dread of what is going to happen next. I will support you in having a space where you feel understood, validated and prepared to work through the pain to get to the joy.
I want you to feel confident and inspired about your future, not dreading it. With me, you will learn new coping skills, process past challenges and leave feeling empowered to tackle life’s challenges.
My name is Emily, and I would love to accompany you on your journey towards self-love and healing. Anxiety may be strong, but you are stronger! I am a holistic therapist and utilize a variety of different therapeutic methods tailored to meet your specific needs.
