About Anna Kraft

As you’re walking along your path, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck. There are often different forks in the road, rough patches, and noises behind you demanding your attention, which make it difficult to continue forward. I’m here to help pre-teens, teenagers, and adults seeking to improve their wellness and develop a better understanding of their path. I support individuals with a wide range of goals and concerns, including stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Each step on your path is just as significant as the step you took before. As we develop a plan tailored to your needs, we will explore your history that led you to where you are now, the external factors influencing your path, and your unique strengths that will help you take your next step. I integrate elements of psychodynamic theory, feminist theory, and attachment theory. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. In my spare time, I enjoy engaging in physical activity, visiting bookstores and coffee shops, and spending time with loved ones.

“We don’t have to do it all alone…
we were never meant to.”
