About Julie Gotsch, LPC-IT

You may be carrying something that feels too heavy to name — a grief that won't lift, a relationship that keeps hitting the same walls, a transition that's left you unsteady, or an identity you're still learning to hold with tenderness. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no editing, no explaining, no performing. Whether you're navigating the layers of loss, untangling patterns in your relationships, finding your footing in a major life change, or exploring what it means to live as your most authentic self, we'll move through it together at a pace that feels right for you. Our work will invite you to look honestly at what you're carrying — the anxiety, the loneliness, the shame, the grief — and begin to understand how it's shaping your daily life and your connections with others. You'll be encouraged to extend compassion to every version of yourself that got you to this moment, even the ones you're not proud of, and to build the kind of resilience that grows from the inside out. As a queer therapist, I've had to navigate the anxiety, relational stress, and challenges that come with discovering and accepting your identity. Wherever you are in your story, there is room for it here. You are seen. You are not too much. And you deserve support that actually meets you where you are.
