About Maureen McNally

You're doing your best to hold it all together — but underneath, there's overwhelm, self-doubt, and a nagging sense that everyday tasks shouldn't feel this hard. Maybe you're replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or carrying grief or stress that words alone haven't been able to touch. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone.

I work with clients ages 6 through adulthood, which means I get to meet people at very different stages of learning who they are — and I bring the same curiosity and respect to all of them. Using Brainspotting, ACT, and art therapy, we'll build coping skills that actually fit your life, not a generic list you'll abandon in a week. Healing isn't one-size-fits-all, so neither is my approach.

As an art therapist, I've seen — and personally experienced — how the creative process can unlock things that talking alone can't always reach. You don't need to be "good at art" to benefit from it; the process itself is where the clarity and release happen. We'll create a space where you can explore your inner world without judgment, at your own pace.

My hope is that our work together helps you feel less stuck, more compassionate toward yourself, and more equipped to move forward — with tools that actually make sense for who you are.
