About Samantha Ensz

To put it simply, life can be hard at times. You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. There may be self-criticism, shame, fear and vulnerability but you are not alone. As a therapist, I use holistic methods to help support your path towards healing, growth, and fulfilment. My approach is nonjudgmental, warm, trauma-informed, and culturally informed. I provide a space for you to share who you are, what you enjoy, and what you would like to be different in your life. I am a strengths-based therapist who believes you already have the ability to achieve
your goals and the life you want for yourself. My role is to help you discover these parts of yourself, develop your confidence to use these abilities, and move towards a more authentic life. In my spare time, I enjoy the simpler things in life including spending time with my family and cat, watching the rain fall on the window, drinking endless varieties of tea, and exploring flavorful food.

“We don’t have to do it all alone…
we were never meant to.”

– Brené Brown
