About Stephanie Kahn
Life can bring unexpected challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. Whether you are navigating the weight of anxiety and panic, feeling caught in the cycle of OCD, adjusting to the changes that come with pregnancy or postpartum, grieving a profound loss, or coping with the stress of chronic illness and caregiving, you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences and begin to find relief, resilience, and hope. I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and a collaborative approach. Together, we will explore tools to help calm anxiety, manage intrusive thoughts and compulsions, support perinatal well-being, honor your grief, and support you alongside the emotional impact of medical challenges and caregiving.
I also value a holistic approach to care that recognizes the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. For clients who wish, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into therapy, allowing personal beliefs to serve as an additional source of strength, healing, and meaning throughout the process.
I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy and encouragement, helping you uncover the tools, perspective, and confidence to move toward the life you want to live. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it is also a courageous choice. If you are ready to begin, I would be honored to support you on your healing journey!
“We don’t have to do it all alone…
we were never meant to.”
– Brené Brown
