About Natalie Brey
Do you feel disconnected from yourself — like everything and everyone takes priority except you? Maybe you're moving through the motions, keeping it together on the outside, while something quieter underneath keeps asking is this it?
That tension is worth paying attention to. And you don't have to arrive here with it figured out.
Natalie creates space where you can show up exactly as you are — messy, unsure, and still in the middle of it — and start to get curious about what's been shaped by your wounds, your roles, and the stories you've carried about who you're supposed to be. She works especially with people who overgive, overfunction, and spend a lot of energy managing how they're perceived — and who often feel guilt or shame when they even consider putting themselves first.
Using Brainspotting and parts work, alongside somatic and body-based approaches, Natalie helps you move underneath the surface — not just to understand what's there, but to actually meet it. Sessions are less about fixing and more about listening closely: to the part of you that's exhausted, the part that's afraid, the part that's been waiting to be seen.
Together, you'll explore your history, begin to build a gentler relationship with yourself, and slowly loosen the grip of what's been holding you back. The goal isn't perfection. It's something quieter — learning to trust yourself again, to feel at home in your own experience, and to move through your life with a little more grace and a little less noise.
You deserve that. Natalie would be honored to walk alongside you in it.
